New apartment, it has a bidet. Setting near bars. It's nestled in new building. Professional staff, and attentive as well. Available lovely pool.

I loved the spacious and beautifully designed rooms at Oakwood. The kitchenette was a great addition and the storage space was impressive. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym and a lovely pool. Plus, there were plenty of dining options within walking distance.

oakwood hanoi surpassed my expectations during my stay. the hospitality was amazing, the room was beautiful with a lake view, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting hanoi.

We had a fantastic stay in a peaceful area, away from the busy city center. the staff at the restaurant were attentive and helpful. Within a short walk, we found some great dining options. the room was cozy and noise-free, allowing for a relaxing experience. the service staff at the lobby made us feel right at home.

The breakfast spread could have been more extensive, but it's understandable given the smaller restaurant space.

I always return to the same place in Hanoi. The staff helped me find a taxi on my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, dryer, kettle, kitchenware, AC. I'm coming back soon.
